🤝Recently, I had the opportunity to assist a couple who had been loyal clients of their local bank for over 20 years. They sought to refinance their current property but were declined due to insufficient income as self-employed individuals. The bank’s alternative solution was a 7.09% interest rate with a 1% fee through their alternate lending department.

👉Fortunately, these clients shared their predicament with their best friends, who happened to be my clients. They referred the couple to me, and I was able to step in and find a much better solution.
