Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai remporté de nombreux prix.
Les prix sont visibles.
La structure derrière ne l’est pas.

Je ne les ai pas gagnés parce que j’avais « le bon cercle ».
Je les ai gagnés parce que j’avais un mentor.
Une vision claire.
Une façon d’opérer.
Un standard.
On m’a transmis une méthode.
Pas seulement des encouragements.

Aujourd’hui, je transmets cette structure à mon tour.
Opère différemment.

Throughout my career, I’ve received multiple awards.
Awards are visible.
The structure behind them isn’t.

I didn’t win them because I had “the right circle.”
I won them because I had a mentor.
A clear vision.
A way of operating.
A standard.
I was given a method.
Not just encouragement.

Today, I pass that structure forward.
Operate differently.

The difference isn’t talent.

It’s having someone who believes in you, and keeps believing in you. I had that kind of support when it mattered most, and I still have it today. Someone who sees my potential, challenges my thinking, and reminds me who I am when doubt shows up.

That kind of belief changes how you move, how you decide, and how far you’re willing to go.
Not everyone has this.

And if you’re reading this thinking “I don’t” or “I can’t relate”, know this: support isn’t a luxury — it’s a game changer.

No one is meant to grow alone.

La différence, ce n’est pas le talent.
C’est d’avoir quelqu’un qui croit en toi et qui continue d’y croire.

J’ai eu ce type de soutien au moment où ça comptait le plus, et je l’ai encore aujourd’hui. Quelqu’un qui voit mon potentiel, qui me challenge, et qui me rappelle qui je suis quand le doute s’installe. Ce genre de soutien change ta façon d’avancer, de décider et jusqu’où tu es prête à aller.

Tout le monde n’a pas ça.
Et si tu lis ceci en te disant « je ne peux pas m’identifier » ou « je n’ai pas ce soutien », sache une chose : ce n’est pas un luxe, c’est un levier.
Personne n’est censé évoluer seul.
