We are excited to complete due diligence 🏡 on this amazing townhome complex in Atlanta few weeks ago, it is 122 units, all 2 & 3 BR units (not typical apartment style). This will be our 2nd acquisition in Atlanta. 😄
✅ Due Diligence overall went well, some items were discovered during physical inspection…we now have these accounted for in our budget so there won’t be any surprises after closing.

Personally, I am very bullish on Multifamily assets as there is a huge supply/demand imbalance for nice affordable apartments in large metros.
