Ed Rieckelman is a seasoned investment professional and has over 25 years of experience in Private Equity. His private equity investments have resulted in a return on invested capital in excess of 3x.

Every Monday and Thursday, Ed integrates academic financial theories and valuation tactics in order to provide students with a more in-depth understanding on Capital Markets and Equity Research.

The IMI Finance Competition Opening Ceremony marks the official start to UTM’s trading competition. This formal ceremony is set to introduce the competition along with the virtual trading platform that students will utilize to conduct their trades. For the second year in a row, the IMI Finance Competition will be held in part with the Rotman Portfolio Management (RPM) Competition. Students will have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals and speakers to receive advice on investment strategies.

Note: Signing up to participate in the competition is a separate matter, however, those who would like to participate in the competition must have one group member attend this event.

Teams can be of 1 to 3 students. Only 1 RPM account per team.
