A Consumer Proposal in Canada is a legally binding arrangement between you and the creditors done through a Proposal Administrator (Licensed Insolvency Trustee).
Under the Consumer Proposal an arrangement is made with your creditors through Proposal Administrator for a partial repayment of your total unsecured debt.
