In a couple years, I won’t believe that this much happened in one year, yet here are the pictures to prove me wrong.

1. 50 Cent concert- I cannot believe I got to see 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes 😍😍😍 They know how to put on a show.
2. Opie dressed as a Hot Dog for Halloween
3. El Tigre Trail, Costa Rica 🥵
4. My mom posing with the dog that she acts like she doesn’t love 😂
5. I made a not-so-smart decision to wear a crop top to an Italian restaurant. Walked out of there with a tummy full of carbs and looking pregnant
6. My volleyball girls 🤍 The community we have built is one of the highlights of 2023 for me

9. My brokerage went to Niagara- on-the-Lake for a day full of wine tours. A couple glasses in, the wine hit. This is me taking a random selfie with a barrel and trying to act like everything around me wasn’t spinning 😂

2 weeks ago someone said this phrase on a podcast I was listening to and it’s taken up a lot of real estate in my mind since then.

“Fortune favours the bold”

Although it’s an age old saying, I hadn’t heard it in a while and have been repeating it to everyone I come across.

When reflecting on my life, “fortune” has always found me when I decided to take a risk, and bet on myself (especially when I wasn’t confident with what the results of my actions would be).

I hope seeing this phrase on your screen encourages you to take even the smallest form of bold action that’s going to help you end this year on a high note and plant a seed that will make 2024 YOUR year 💪🏽

CREDIT SCORE

You may not be aware that your credit score plays a role in determining your mortgage interest rate.

A lender wants to see that you are financially responsible (ie. make payments on time and don’t use more credit than you can afford). Your credit score gives them an idea of your past financial habits.

Even if you are a current home owner and want to refinance your home (and move to a new lender), your credit score impacts how much equity you can take out and the total cost of borrowing (interest rate).

A mortgage agent can help get you on track to qualifying for a mortgage and also introduce you to financial advisors that will educate you on how to manage finances.
