The recent ice storm in Ontario is a tough reminder of how important it is to be prepared—and to stay safe.

If you've been affected, the Insurance Bureau of Canada recommends contacting your Broker as soon as possible for support with your storm damage claim.

When claims happen, remember:

📸 Document the damage
🧾 Keep receipts and warranties of damaged items
⚠️ Keep damaged items—unless they pose a health risk
📝 Be detailed in your notes when sharing info
