The reason you haven’t seen me on here as much lately? In between helping people find their money I was learning from my dad how to frame walls, hang drywall, mud, sand, lay flooring, hang doors, install baseboards and trim.
In other news - this renovation is an example of why it’s not just important to have insurance but to have the proper amount and type to cover what you need. Your financial future depends on having the “what’s ifs” covered (we never hope for one of those situations but the peace of mind of knowing the unexpected is already taken care of is something we can’t put a price on).
As a personal aside - a big thank you to my dad for spearheading the project!
