Had an awesome time at BizCon Kitchener yesterday!

Fixed Rates are Headed Upwards! ↗

The most common question I get about rates are what happens to my fixed rate when prime goes up or down? The answer is nothing. Variable rates are tied to Prime. Fixed rates are based on the 5 year Canada Bond. If you look at the picture, you'll see that the graph is headed upwards. Meaning fixed rates are rising❗

What does this mean for you? If you have an upcoming mortgage renewal, or need to access money from your home for debt consolidations, renovations etc, now is the time to do it.
