A fantastic 60th birthday celebration for Nouha! 🥳

A huge thank you to Tala and everyone else who helped organize such a great evening. We had about 40 people out celebrating, then headed across the street to dance at the pier for a couple of hours before making our way back to the Ocean Bar & Grill for a couple more hours on the dance floor.

The funny part? We've been there often enough that we're starting to recognize the staff... and now the staff are starting to recognize us. I think that officially makes us regulars. 😄

What an incredible community. Good people, great music, lots of laughs, and a dance floor that just keeps calling us back. 💃🕺

Thought I was bringing a BBQ...
Turns out I was the BBQ. Master 😄
About five pounds of chicken, prawns, steak and sausages later, I finally got to wash the smoke off and join everyone on the dance floor.
Worth every minute. Happy Birthday, Sophie and Kathleen. Great food, great dancing, and an even better community. 💃🔥

Don't Wait....

DO Ask your mortgage broker if you have any questions about your closing costs....
We offer all of our clients the option to review their closing costs provided them by the lawyer. It only takes 10 minutes to look through their statement of adjustments. If we see big issues we can then follow up with the lawyer's office.

Today our closing cost estimate document helped our client discover a 20k mistake that the legal team had made on their paperwork.

Our closing cost estimate is typically withi ~ $800 of the legal teams final paperwork. We tell clients to compare our estimate with the legal team paperwork or send us a copy of their closing costs and we will review them.

Only a few mortgage brokers offer this service. We should tell more clients that we have been doing this for over 20 years. And we have found mistakes and our clients have used our estimate to find mistakes that legal teams make from time to time.

The lawyer's statement of adjustments had the client bringing over $20,000 in excess funds. After contacting the lawyer's office the client was provided with the amended paperwork reducing the total funds. The corrected amount he was to bring to the lawyer's office was reduced by over $20,000.
