Breaking News
Bank of Canada cut the interest rate of 25 basis points. Most financial institutions will adjust their prime rate to 4.45%. If you are at an adjustable rate mortgage your payment will go down. For variable rate , the lenders will adjust the payment ( Principal+ Interest).
The next BOC interest rate announcement will be on December 10th 2025.I am just a call away if you want to discuss and find a solution towards your current mortgage situation.
