For example... a friend called and said that their bank had called them to give them a six month early renewal at a special rate that is higher than most Lenders Prime Rate and waive their penalty? Shop around... call a mortgage professional today for a second opinion, then you can determine if you are a valued client.
Don't just sign that renewal, take a look around and see if you can get a better rate.
