A phone call today reminded me of something important about insurance.
A driver involved in an accident was trying to report a claim to their insurance company. They waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, the call disconnected, and when they tried again and again, the same thing happened.
After multiple attempts, they became so frustrated that they called our office looking for help.
