Dear family, friends and colleagues,
I am writing to let you know about some exciting changes in my life!
I am licensed as a Mortgage Agent and am working with Verico, The Mortgage Station.
My focus is on:
Arranging residential and commercial mortgages; and
Investment Opportunities
I’m very excited about this and I wanted to share my news with you!
As you may know, most of my past positions have centered on customer service. These positions have taught me the importance of putting my customer’s (you) first.
After connecting with a friend in the business and becoming licensed I have signed on with The Mortgage Station, and what stood out to me about The Mortgage Station is that they don’t just sell mortgages; they help improve people's lifestyle by finding them the financial solution that works specifically for them.Their values lined up with my values. Having the client's best interest at heart is what is important to me.
My goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you!
If you’ve never dealt with a Mortgage Agent before you’re probably wondering why choose a Mortgage Broker versus the Bank.
The Bank is limited to only their product and services; they fit you to their product, where a Mortgage Agent will find the right product to fit you.
As a Mortgage Agent I have access to the Canadian Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage Only Firms, Trust Companies and Private Lenders.
This means I have greater flexibility in finding you the mortgage that fits your needs!
Also, on a refinance with the bank, you may not be getting the best rate to date. As a Mortgage Professional, I will work with you to assess your specific financing or investment needs, negotiate with our many lenders – or your bank, on your behalf and get you the best solution!!
I will listen to your needs and give you the highest level of client service.
What I didn’t know before becoming a Mortgage Agent is that on approved credit, we get paid by the lender, NOT the borrower (that's you)!
