Thank you to everyone for your generous donations towards the Back-to-School Fundraiser! The Windsor-Essex County Insurance Brokers Association (WECIBA) successfully donated 230 backpacks filled with school supplies to three outstanding local organizations: The Children’s Aid Society, The Women’s Welcome Centre, and the Windsor Youth Centre. Special shoutout to HUB Windsor and Leamington for their incredible contribution of 188 backpacks! Way to go!

CAA members get a discount! The longer you have had the membership, the bigger the discount.
PRO TIP: There is a cheaper membership option called the Everyday Membership for just $30! Definitely worth getting for the discount. It is a good trade off. Just from experience, a ballpark average I would say I see clients save is $300 on home and auto as new CAA members. Our auto theft unit has recently experienced an increase of reports in thefts from motor vehicles, particularly involving the theft of ownership and insurance documents.

As a precaution, we’re asking that the public please avoid keeping the original copies of these documents in your vehicle. An electronic version of your insurance certificate provided via cell phone is also valid.

Instead, we recommend making photocopies to keep in your car. This way, only you will have access to the original documents, ensuring their safety.
