We have an 18-month full time maternity leave Member Service Representative opportunity available. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player committed to providing excellent Member Service. Reporting to the Member Service Supervisor, the Member Service Representative will have a desire to respond to member requests and inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Provide first point of contact service to members, in-person or over the phone

- Deliver sound financial advice to members

- Support the achievement of branch growth targets

- Process over-the-counter transactions

- Manage branch treasury and cash flow requirements

- Provide administrative support

- Adhere to security and internal control procedures

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

- Proven computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills

- Financial industry experience preferred

- Proven customer service experience

- Experience completing cash transactions is an asset

Sandhills Credit Union is pleased to announce that Brandon Carter has joined our team and will be assuming the role of Manager of Lending upon the retirement of Pam Ristau on December 31, 2026.

Brandon brings valuable years of credit union experience, leadership, and a commitment to exceptional member service. Over the coming months, he will be working closely with Pam to ensure a smooth transition and continued support for our members and community.
