Great news for first time home buyers from the Federal Budget:
- Increase to $35,000 for the Home Buyers Plan
- New incentive for buyers with less than 20% down payment

The federal budget proposes a CMHC-funded contribution to insured mortgages and a higher limit on tax-free RRSP withdrawals for first-time home buyers.
