As online banking security continues to evolve across the financial industry, stronger password standards are becoming an important part of protecting member accounts and personal information. Beginning June 30, LDCU will introduce new, Strong PAC (personal access code) password requirements for online and mobile banking. This PAC reset allows members to securely reset their PAC online.
What members need to do after June 30:
1. Log in to online or mobile banking
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your PAC
3. Create a new password that: is at least 9 characters long, includes uppercase and lowercase letters, includes numbers, includes special characters
4. Use your new PAC for future logins
