Good Day Everyone.

Hope all is well with each of you. I am so glad the sun it out and snow is almost all gone!!

I wanted to post an update on ATB Mortgage rates as they have LOWERED!!!

We have been seeing a fluctuation of rates the last few weeks jumping up and down. This is the lowest so far. If you are interested in purchasing a home or your Mortgage is up for renewal at another bank please let me know so we can get this rate held for you ASAP.
