May was a busy month. It was a long time coming, but construction is finally complete, and the 16 unit closed in New Brunswick.

I also attended the Multi Family conference which featured a lot of great speakers, like Marcin Drozdz, Dalia Barsoum, Joel G. Block, Pierre-Paul Turgeon, Kevin O'Leary aka - Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank - and many others. It was a great weekend with some great takeaways, one of which is that people always overestimate what they can achieve in 1 year but underestimate what they can achieve in 10 years.

I also attended an event put on by M1 Capital about investing in the USA, which is certainly worth investigating as the prices can be very attractive in certain markets.

Yesterday, I celebrated St Patrick's Day ☘️ with my first bike ride of the season! Received financing approval on a new build of 16 units! And have an accepted offer on 34 Townhouses! 🍀🍾🍻
