When I looked through local bungalow sales last week, 71% of bungalows priced between $700,000 and $900,000 sold over asking price in Kitchener-Waterloo.

71% is a ridiculously high number compared to the rest of the market that sits at 51% (except condos). It doesn't mean that every bungalow sells over asking but it does mean that opportunity exists in a unique market.
