1) Nothing

That's it. Learn guitar at 61. Take up skiing at 48. Go back to school at 52. Get the motorcycle at 58. Start painting badly. Dance embarrassingly. Grow something new.

A good plan should leave plenty of room for you to keep becoming someone new... Your life does not have an expiry date printed on the bottom.

Monday has a funny way of making us feel like we should already be further along. But not everything blooms at the same time.

Some things take a season. Some take years. Some grow quietly for so long that you don't notice how far they've come until one day you look back.

Careers. Families. Friendships. Dreams. Wealth. Lives.

The things worth building rarely happen all at once. You create the right conditions, give them time, and keep tending to what matters.

There is no prize for blooming first... And no rule that says you have to bloom like everyone else. Sometimes the most remarkable things grow where nobody expected them to.

So as another week begins, don't worry quite so much about where everyone else is. Just keep growing 🌿

There is something wonderfully human about saving things for a special occasion. There is something even better about occasionally deciding today is the special occasion.
