Fellow Agent, Todd Lalonde, from Midland Ontario began his career with State Farm in 1988. I started working with State Farm agents in 1998, before opening my own agency in 2007. Since then, our industry has evolved, our company has changed, and we’ve adapted along the way.

Some relationships in this profession truly stand the test of time.
Today I had the pleasure of catching up with a longtime client, Bernie, who first became insured with State Farm back in 1960 as a teenager in Scarborough. Over the years, he worked with a couple of agents before eventually joining our agency, and I’ve had the privilege of being his agent for the past 15 years.
As he was leaving today, he smiled and said, “I’m never leaving.” 😊🥰

Moments like these remind me that our business is about so much more than insurance. It’s about trust, loyalty, and the relationships we build over the years. I’m truly grateful to be part of his journey.

One of my favourite ways to unwind is spending time in the garden💚🌿
With a little help from my husband and our five-year-old, we added a few new plants around the office today. I love being outdoors whenever I can, and taking care of the gardens is something I genuinely enjoy. It’s therapeutic, rewarding, and a wonderful way to step away from the desk for a while💚☀️
I believe the spaces we create matter. Whether it’s caring for our clients or caring for the place that welcomes them, I take pride in making both feel warm, inviting, and well cared for💚

There’s something so special about practicing yoga in the gazebo at the beautiful Sacred Grounds of Theresa Sherwood overlooking the open fields🌿💚

This week I was grateful to squeeze in a second yoga class with my wonderful client, local yoga teacher and longtime King resident, Tiz Create with Tiz a truly beautiful soul💕

Summer has a way of reminding us to slow down, breathe a little deeper and reconnect with ourselves. For me, this is one of the ways I recharge, ground myself, and make space for what matters❤️
