Ok...so most of us won't have an $80 million dollar estate to leave behind...but it won't take us long before we begin to see the awful effects of having a large and public estate without a will or proper estate plan completed.

Even without a large estate to transfer to our intended beneficiaries, the lack of a will can create a lot of complications in the process of transition, and can get expensive. If you don't know how your loved ones would be affected...connect with me, I'm happy to teach

THIS IS OUR MISSION: NO FAMILY LEFT BEHIND NO MATTER HOW RICH OR POOR ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• In the latest updates following her death, the "Queen of Soul" did NOT leave a will behind, according to court documents. It's especially surprising given that she has a special needs son named Clarence who needs financial and other forms of support for his entire life. Aretha was ill for several years, but apparently did not see the end coming ...or possibly a will was low on the priority list. It's not known for sure why Franklin died "intestate" (without a will), but it is known that she's leaving a hefty amount of assets behind — her net worth is estimated to be roughly $80 million. via Facebook
