This is document breaks down your periodic loan payment, showing you exactly how much of your payment goes to interest, and how much goes to the principle.

As time goes on, less and less of your payment goes towards paying off interest.

While intimidating at first glance, the amortization schedule provides so much information about your loan!

Happy Friday everybody!

We wanted to kick off the weekend by introducing Emma, our newest team member!

As our client coordinator, Emma handles client files and is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone when you call in. She loves that her job enables her to help our clients navigate the mortgage process in a more organized, less stressful manner.

As a recent graduate of STFX university, Emma is excited to have gotten her professional career started with Aroi and looks forward to learning more the mortgage industry.
