We’ve recently updated our digital banking experience with new apps, online banking and website—as well as refreshing our brand. During this time, we encourage you to be extra vigilant for potential scams and imposters. Watch out for calls, emails and texts with messages like:

📞 “We noticed an issue — click now!”
📧 “Do you need help logging in? We need your username and password."
💬 “We’re your new support team, enter your information so we can help you.”

Our Valley First advisors will never contact you using messages like that—messages that sound urgent, offer unsolicited help, include warnings, or ask for login or account credentials, like passwords and usernames.

We also don’t ask you for a One-Time-Passcode unless verifying a call you’ve started to our Member Advice Centre.

If a call, email or text feels even a little off, don’t engage. Instead, contact us using our published phone number 1-888-597-8083 or visit a branch to verify the message with an advisor.

▪️Never share a one‑time security code. We won't ask unless verifying a call you've initiated to our Member Advice Centre.
