Based in Kenora, but that's not the whole story.

My team and I work with people across Northwestern Ontario: Fort Frances, Rainy River, Nestor Falls, Vermilion Bay, Ear Falls, Red Lake, Madsen, Cochenour, Dryden, Ignace, Sioux Lookout, Thunder Bay, and everywhere in between.

I don't just know Kenora. I know these towns too, and that makes a real difference.

They'd already been told no before, and I could tell they were expecting to hear it again.

We worked through it together, lender by lender, question by question, until we finally found a yes.

Even then, I don't think they quite believed it was happening until closing day.

I've worked with a lot of clients since then, and this one will always stick with me.

This is the part of the job I never get tired of, watching someone finally hear yes after they'd already made peace with no.

Your down payment is NOT the last thing you’ll pay for.

Closing costs, moving, utility hookups… those first few weeks can add up quickly.
