Help us recognize an incredible local teacher who goes above and beyond for their students!
Please nominate a teacher from one of the participating Huntsville-area schools and tell us why they are loved, appreciated, and deserving of some extra support for the upcoming school year.

One teacher from each participating school will be selected as a winner.

Each winner will create an Amazon Wish List containing classroom supplies and items they would love for the upcoming school year, and the SG Mortgage Team will purchase up to $250 from their list.

Appraisals, a necessary evil of obtaining a mortgage.

Yes they are expensive, yes they can slow down financing, no you don’t get a copy.
HOWEVER, they protect you from over extending on your home, and they protect the lender from fraud and ensuring the value is there. So they are worth it!! 👌
