Nous sommes à la recherche d’une perle rare pour combler notre poste de réceptionniste/assistante-courtier à notre bureau de Hemmingford.

Cette personne sera à la réception pour accueillir les clients à la porte comme au téléphone.
S’occupera de prendre les paiements.
Assistera les courtiers d’assurance pour la correspondance aux clients, aux assureurs et travaux connexes.
Fera de la facturation et autres légères tâches de comptabilité.

Exigeances:
bilingue parlé et écrit
Organisée et autonome en secrétariat
Capacité d’adaptation
Facilité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels informatiques
Connaissance ou expérience en assurance un atout
Salaire compétitif selon expérience.

We are looking for a SPECIAL person to join our team. We are a Broker Insurance Cabinet in Hemmingford. This person would be at the reception to welcome clients at the door as well as on the phone.
Would receive and process clients payments.
Assist brokers for correspondance with clients and insurers and related tasks.
Would do billing and small accounting tasks.

Requirements:
Billingual in Speeking and writing
Organised and autonome in secretarial work
Adapting skills
Ease to learn new computer programs
Knowledge or experience in insurance would be an asset
Competitive salary according to experience
