2026 will likely be a tough year for real estate but it will most likely be the last one. 2027 will likely be the transition year and 2028 will be a strong market. The combination of cash flow savings and lower qualifying rates for buyers will ensure 2027 and 2028 and so on will be great years. If you have it in the budget to buy a house right now I think you will look like a genius in 2028.
