When it comes down to it the only thing in life that matters is the people you connect with because they will carry on your legacy through the impression you have on them.

Richard Procopio you taught me so much and was such a gift to the people you connected with. You taught me to be strong when life throws you curveballs because nothing is stronger than your mind, you reminded me of the traditions our family has and how I can carry that forward. You taught me to be present, laugh more and most importantly to love more.

You had such a gift to share with this world. I am so grateful that you were part of my journey bringing so much light and love to everything you do. I'm grateful for the conversations around the dinner table and the stories you shared. Everytime I think of you I'll be reminded how contagious your smile and your laughter was. Me? I love an iced coffee with chocolate milk but hold the extra sugar. 🧊🧊

I think it says that I am chill but bold, I’ve got a sweet side (hello, chocolate milk) but don’t need extra sugar to stand out. Effortlessly classic but always ready to shake things up! 💃

Want to save money AND time? ⬇️ 🥒🍅🌽🫑🍠

Here are my secrets:
1️⃣ Cook in batches - I only cook one or two times a week. 👩‍🍳

2️⃣ Use one pot meals - I will cook three separate meals one in the slow cooker one in a pot on the stove and one in the oven. This gives me all the meals that I need for the week and then some.

3️⃣ Freeze! - freeze one or two servings of each meal that you make so you can grab them on busy days. ❄️

4️⃣ Plan - I spend some time planning so I can typically use the same ingredients for all the meals that I'm going to make. This also helps me save time because I don't have to prep as money ingredients.

5️⃣ Price match - I save so much money every year just because I use the app to price match. 💸

6️⃣ Eat to nourish your body - sometimes I only throw together two or three ingredients as long as I have some vegetables and a protein I'm pretty much good to go.

*** Not a tip but my lifestyle*** I've been vegetarian for 18 years and that saves me a ton of money as well. 🍅🍠🫑🌽
