When you're buying a home, please have a careful conversation about your property taxes. Here's the trifecta of taxes when you initially buy a home: You'll have an adjustment for the current bill. Typically, your lender will set up collection for future bills. You'll also have an initial bill that you'll need to make arrangements for. Don't be caught off guard. Make sure you understand your costs and the timing of them. It's boring topic. But we'll get through it!
