Last night, we came together to celebrate business leaders and changemakers within our community.

There was an underlying theme of grit, determination, perseverance, caring, family, trust and gratitude.

The speeches were impressive and the stories were inspiring.

This weekend marked my 10th anniversary with RBC and I am filled with gratitude as I reflect on the past decade.

I'm thankful for the clients who have trusted me and my team with their financial goals, for having the opportunity to learn the stories of families and business owners and what is most important to them, to the colleagues and leaders who have inspired and supported me along the way (pre and post RBC), and for the many lessons learned over my career that have shaped my path up until now.

It has truly been a privilege and I am thrilled to see what the future holds.
