When your calendar is all meetings, all the time, it's important to set aside time for you to focus on your business.

That's why I do "No Meeting Fridays" because as much as I love meeting with other business owners, I need one day where I'm in my office, planning and scheming (in a business owner way, not an "evil supervillain" type of way).

A little one-on-one with your business is a great way to recharge and give you the space to tackle your to-do list without disrupting your flow.
