The Catalyst and Transformation (CAT) Fund provides financial support to Ontario arts organizations to investigate and plan substantive change in their operations.

For the 2026–2027 funding cycle, the CAT Fund will fund time-bound, structured Exploration projects that help organizations test assumptions, evaluate options, and make informed decisions about potential operational change.
