Attn Minden Hills residents/businesses/property owners - if your property was affected by the recent flood, it is important to report it for potential inclusion as Minden Hills will be undergoing damage assessment by the Provincial Disaster Assessment Team. See the below post for more details.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is deploying a Provincial Disaster Assessment Team (PDAT) to inform their decision whether to activate the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) program. A PDAT visit does not guarantee that financial assistance will be provided.

If you are willing to have your property considered for inclusion as part of the representative sample, e-mail [email protected] or call 705-286-1260 ext. 504 by June 3, 2026.

The Township will select properties based on the following:
• Meets the MMAH property criteria
• Is within the flood zone
• Owner consents to the visit and is available on the date set with the PDAT Team.
