Hi everyone, just a reminder given the upcoming, very wet weather in the forecast, please do your best to be proactive and check your sumps, making sure they are functioning ahead of time is a huge benefit before water ends up where we don't want it!

***Notice of change to hours***
Please be advised beginning Aug 1, our office will be closed on Saturdays where a statutory holiday lands on a Friday or Monday.
All other Saturdays we will remain open from 9-12 as per usual.

With wildfire season upon us once again, remember that once your property is within 50km of a wildfire, some (most) insurance companies will be unable to place new coverage or make any changes to existing coverage. Contact your broker as soon as possible if you would like your coverage reviewed before it's no longer an option. Our hearts go out to those already dealing with the effects of wildfires 💜.

Happy delayed spring everyone, I'm sure we're all anxious to get past this neverending winter! With so much melting snow and sitting water, now is the time to get ahead of it. Do what you can to move snow away from your foundation, check that sumps are working, water losses can be super devastating and frustrating, prevention is the best option! If you're not sure if you are covered for sewer backups or overland water entering your home, give us a call!!
