We recently acquired a 5 unit mixed-use property. Over the next few years we plan on making strategic value-add improvements. However, there are always some issues that pop up. We got a text from one of our amazing tenants that his kitchen tap broke. We had him send us a couple pictures of the sink so that we could arrive with all of the right parts and complete the repair. We also learned that his sink drained really slow....so we got all the parts to fix this issue too! We truly believe in making things right. is putting his knowledge to work.
