Sunset Converting Corp. has expanded its footprint at our property located at 597–603 Industrial Blvd. in Saint Jean sur Richelieu, QC, reinforcing the strength of our tenant relationships and portfolio.

An existing tenant at the site, Sunset Converting has expanded into a third building, now occupying 476,305 square feet of the 636,135 square feet available. The expansion is supported by a new 15 year lease, reflecting a strong long term commitment from a leading local manufacturer.

This expansion supports Sunset Converting’s continued growth while enabling Skyline to secure long term tenancy and meet the evolving needs of valued tenants across our portfolio.

In the face of ongoing volatility in Canada’s property development market, we’re proud of what we accomplished in 2025. Operating in a dynamic and cyclical environment requires discipline and agility, and our development strategy remains focused on ex*****on and advancing the right opportunities.

Looking ahead, several key trends in multi-residential development include:

Financial conditions: We anticipate generally favourable conditions for new project financings.

Housing supply: Canada’s housing shortage continues, with stalled condominiums and housing starts falling short of demand. Purpose-built rental development has become the primary vehicle for new supply.

Policy support: All levels of government are aligned to accelerate homebuilding, with initiatives that incentivize construction, streamline approvals, and grow the skilled labour force.

Prefab and modular: These building methods are gaining traction in 2026 for their cost efficiency and faster timelines. Some of our developments employ modular precast concrete construction for faster delivery to market.
