8.75% — Ridge 80 · 80% LTV first mortgage
8.99% — Ridge Bridge · no minimum credit score
9.99% — Ridge Construction · progress draws

2% lender fee across the board. Ridge Construction is 3%, charged on each draw — not on the total loan.

24-hour underwriting turnaround on complete submissions. We’ll collect a 1% broker fee on your behalf.
