Meet the owner!

David Reynolds, CIRP, LIT - President

David first started working in the field of insolvency and restructuring in 1989 at the age of 22. He realized very quickly that this field was his calling and that helping people and businesses with overwhelming debt is what he was meant to do.

Working for many years for other companies such as BDO Dunwoody was very rewarding, however being completely in control of the process was his dream. In 2005, David Reynolds and Associates Inc. was born! Today he oversees offices in Sudbury, North Bay, Sault Ste Marie and Espanola.

People often comment that "calling your office was the hardest thing but after meeting with David I can't believe I took so long to call". David's ability to analyze a situation and then propose the right solution is second to none. His ability to explain it in plain English and give hope to the person in front of him is a remarkable skill that is unique to him. His passion to help people is just as evident today as it was 30+ years ago. "I just love the feeling of meeting someone who is completely overwhelmed by debt and being able to fix it. People are so thankful. I find it extremely rewarding".

Penny Breadner, Administrator

Penny joined Reynolds & Associates in 2019 and handles many aspects of our administration. She is an integral part of our team, and you can always count on her to get the job done. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for learning make her an excellent fit in managing our Regent St. office in Sudbury. Penny feels that the most rewarding part of her job is being able to help the people in her community.

When she is not at work, Penny spends most of her time with her family and enjoys being outdoors.

Kailey Taylor, Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Vice President

Kailey joined our team in 2009 and quickly found her career calling in the insolvency community. With well over a decade of experience, she leads our team of insolvency experts. Her compassion in helping people find solutions for their financial challenges is evident through her interactions with everyone she meets. She strives to make you feel comfortable, informed, and provide relief in what can often be an overwhelming time.

Giving back to her community is an important part of her values. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and volunteers as a Chair on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels Sudbury and as a Director on the Board for the Ontario Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals.

Her pride and joy in life are her 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband and girls, cuddling with their many family pets, and listening to a good podcast!
