🚧 Construction Season is Back 🚧

Starting this week, construction in Gravenhurst will once again impact access to the Strata Wealth and Strata Mortgage offices.

If you are travelling from the west side of town (Bala direction), your usual route should not be affected.

If you are coming from Muskoka Road South, please expect detours and allow a little extra travel time. We recommend reviewing the map provided to plan the best route into our office.

James Street and Brown Street will be the two available detour routes, and there will be plenty of detour signage throughout town to help guide you. There is also lots of parking available at the Wharf for our clients.

The reality is that for most of these questions, there is genuinely no universal right answer. Whether someone should prioritize a larger down payment vs. keeping capital liquid, or choose a fixed vs. variable rate, depends entirely on their financial picture, timeline, and risk comfort.
