Supporting the Future of Firefighting on the Sunshine Coast! 🔥

We’re proud to announce our sponsorship of the Youth Fire Academy, a remarkable program that brings together Grade 11/12 students from across the Sunshine Coast for an immersive introduction to both structural and wildfire firefighting.

Over the course of the academy, students are put through real‑world training scenarios, learning discipline, teamwork, safety, and the fundamentals of fire service from experienced local firefighters. It’s hands‑on, challenging, and genuinely transformative.

The impact speaks for itself. In just the past four years, the program has helped launch half a dozen graduates into roles with BC Wildfire, and a similar number have returned or plan to return as local volunteer firefighters. This is community-building at its best.

We’re honoured to support a program that not only builds skills but strengthens the future of emergency response in our region.
