This month, we donated some much needed items to Halton Women’s Place. It's the only women’s shelter in the Halton region providing emergency safe shelter and community outreach services to women and children experiencing domestic violence and abuse.

I want to share a story that I think sums up why I do this job. 👇

A while back, one of my clients had a claim come back and something didn't sit right with me. I looked at it again and I was pretty sure something had been missed.

So I went to work. I got on the phone with the adjuster, looped in head office and pushed until we got the right answer.

Turns out, I was right. We got it corrected and my client walked away with the best possible outcome.
