Days like today remind me how lucky I am to still have my dad by my side. My dad loves to pop by for a coffee, if he could it would be daily LOL and I wouldn't trade it for anything!​

June is finally here, and there's no better time to dust off your bike, lace up those running shoes, or simply take a long walk with someone you love. Whether it's a morning jog, a family hike, or some quiet time in the garden, every little bit of movement counts.​

There's something about getting outside that just resets everything.​ My go to is a 10km walk every morning before I start the rest of my day

We spend so much time protecting our homes, our cars, and our finances that it’s easy to forget that our well-being is our most valuable asset of all. Taking care of yourself isn't just good for the body; it's good for everything.​
