One of our goals this year was to purchase a cottage for our family. We wanted a fixer-upper that we could make our own. This dream of ours was in the making for a very long time. I want to be absolutely clear about one thing to everyone reading this post. This dream would have NEVER been possible without the power of real estate investing. The only way we were able to accomplish this was through hard work, taking risks, and investing in hard assets. We had people tell us what we were doing was risky when we flipped houses, we had people ten years ago tell Kyle not to start a construction company. I'm glad we never listened to any of those people. A big thank you to .realtor and for all their support in navigating this deal. We will post updates this year as work gets completed. I'm forever thankful to our team and family at .ca who has helped us get each project to the finish line and will have a big part in this one. Thank you to those who have followed us on our journey and to the many amazing people we have met along the way.
