Thinking of setting up a monthly meet and greet here in Fredericton starting in January. Searching for a place that can seat a dozen or so people for an hour or 2. Preferably free, but I'm open to being able to buy drinks/food. It would also be nice to be able to hear each other. If anyone has any suggestions, please respond to this post so that we can compare venues.

I am on the hunt for my next project. I'm looking for (at minimum) a 3 bed, 1 bath home that is in desperate need of a renovation.
I am concentrating in the Skyline Acres and Southwood Park areas of Fredericton. If anyone has such a house they are thinking of selling, or know of any off market or even market listings, please let me know!

Hello fellow real estate investors. I apologize for the absence of any posts lately. I've been busy with a renovation, that I think turned out pretty good.

If any of you have projects that you are working on, I would love to see pics and hear more about it.

In the coming months, I am hoping to set up a couple of get togethers for people who are currently investing in real estate, or hope to get into investing either as a hands on investor or a money partner.

I've uploaded some before and after pics of my latest project - Before and After 2019. It was originally meant to be a flip, but it turned out pretty darn good, and you can't beat the location, so we moved in!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pics, and if you have any questions, or have any projects of your own that you would like to post, please do.

Due to the number of people dealing with power outages, we are going to reschedule tonights RE meeting till the 3rd of December.

Good afternoon,

I'm happy to announce that we have a date and location for our first Fredericton Real Estate Investment Club meeting.

We will meet at the community room at the Sobeys on Regent street on Monday, November 5th at 7pm. I hope to be able to have subsequent meetings the first Monday of every month.

Everyone is welcome. If you have a friend that may be interested in real estate investing, by all means brings them along.

This first meeting will basically be just a meet and greet. Hope to see you there!
