Open house 2-4. Great location for military family.

During Covid open houses where left to virtual tours. This was great for those who lived out of town/Province. Local clients preferred viewing a home in person.

Well open houses are back and id like to Offer my services to any Realtor that would like to have a mortgage specialist on site. I could answer any mortgage questions clients my have and do calculation on site to check for affordability.

Any clients that contacts me after the open house for a pre- approval i will make sure if they do not have a Realtor that they contact the listing agent that held that open house.

Since most open houses are during Saturday and Sunday afternoons i would be very limited. So first ask first agreed :-)
