It's all fine to say never carry credit card debt. But sometimes life happens and it just isn't that easy. So here is a tip to minimize the interest you pay. Typically a credit line would have a much lower interest rate than a credit card. Pay your credit cards in full with a credit line each month and you will pay out a lot less interest. Another advantage to this is that you can look at your credit line and see exactly how much is owing. When it is on several credit cards people don't often add it up to see exactly how much is owing. Seeing the total can be motivating to pay it down , or at least not let it go over a certain amount.. Also, paying your credit cards in full and only having one account with a balance will make your credit score go up. Message me if you need any assistance!

Many banks will not refinance to pay out property tax or income tax arrears. Many times people come to me with income tax or property tax arrears. Some banks will not do a refinance to pay arrears. Look at the back of your credit card statement!! It discloses how long it will take to pay it off if only the minimum payments are made. It is typically about 25 years.. If you, or someone you know is struggling, and only making minimum payments, pm or call me for a free consultation. There is a way to use some of the equity in your home WITHOUT doing a reverse mortgage.

I just told someone that their mortgage refinance is approved, and their total monthly payments will be reduced by more than $1,000.00 per month!!! No more high interest rate credit cards!!! I advised them to cancel all but one credit card so they won't be tempted to go back in to debt., and to start an automatic transfer to savings. FINANCIAL FREEDOM = NO LONGER WORRYING ABOUT MONEY.
