RBC Women’s ERG has adapted this year: “ Rising, Adapting and Thriving in a changing world.
On behalf of RBC Women’s ERG in Fort McMurray, Alberta, celebrating RBC women, all through the month of March, we are hosting fire side chat, every week with one of our colleagues who represents the true value of what Bruce Lee said about Adapting.
I am extremely proud to have so many tremendous women in my team in fort McMurray. ”
It is so inspiring to hear about these women's brilliant journey. They all come from different parts of the world. Not too surprising , that they all said their first source of inspiration was another woman, their mother. All of them said, behind their strength, is the constant dedication, hard work and inspiration of the strong men in their family, some one's father, some one's spouse, some one's little brother.
Each of them humbly appreciated the strong women and men around them at RBC, those who are their leaders and co workers working with them on a regular basis.
RBC is made of a strong group of Lionesses and I am so proud to be around them always!
