🚨 HealthCare Workers & Teachers — You may qualify for up to $30,000 in Federal Student Loan Forgiveness 🚨

If you work in a rural or under-served community, the Government of Canada has expanded their Student Loan Forgiveness Program and many people still have no idea it exists.

Eligible professions now include:
- Teachers
- Registered Nurses / LPNs
- Social Workers
- Physiotherapists
- Psychologists
- Pharmacists
- Early Childhood Educators
- Dentists
- Dental Hygienists
…and more.

Some professions can qualify for:
- Up to $30,000 forgiven
- Certain medical professionals up to $60,000

A few important things people miss:
⚠️ You MUST apply, it is not automatic
⚠️ Applications must generally be submitted within 90 days after completing your eligible work period
⚠️ Your federal student loans must be in repayment and in good standing

With the recent expansion to communities under 30,000 population, many Alberta workers may now qualify who previously did not.

If you’re a nurse or teacher carrying student debt, it may be worth looking into before another eligible year passes by.
